Municipality of Vignale Monferrato. Eastern exposure; 210 m above sea level. First year of production: 1995. Trellis training, winter pruning. Guyot, green harvest in summer, thinning of the grapes in the first week of August. Year of plantation: 1980; 1990; 2000. Yields of 55/60 hl per hectare.
Oenology
Traditional vinification with submerged cap and programmed pumping over; spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Cold stabilisation. Aged in stainless steel tanks and French oak demi-muids for 12 months.

Meat in sauce - Crosnes with duck confit - Leg of lamb on the spit.
