Produced by the Accornero family in the Monferrato area, this Malvasia is a sweet and effervescent red wine, very original! Preceded by a violet colour and a dancing bubble, it evokes a nose of wild berries and slightly macerated strawberries. The palate is light (barely 5° of alcohol) and tasty. A historic wine, irresistible for discovering another Piedmont.

Municipality of Vignale Monferrato, plots N°227, 261, 260; eastern exposure; 216 m altitude. First year of production: 1982; trained in espalier, Guyot winter pruning. Year of planting: 1979.

Oenology

Maceration at low temperature; no malolactic fermentation; after cold stabilisation, the wine is bottled in January.

La propriété se trouve dans la commune de Vignale Monferrato et cultive 20 hectares de vignes en mode biologique, n'utilisant donc aucun produit chimique.
