Technique

Viticulture

Municipality of Vignale Monferrato, plots N°132, 259, 223, 241, 242; eastern exposure; 216 m altitude. First year of production: 1988. Trellis trained, Guyot winter pruning, green harvest in summer with thinning of the grapes in the first week of August. Date of plantation: 1970.

Oenology

Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Matured in stainless steel vats; bottled in the spring after cold stabilisation.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Ideal with antipasti, pasta or risotto - Grilled food.
