Produced just a stone's throw from the sea, this refined cuvée of vermentino, fiano and viognier evokes the rich perfumes of the warm and generous Bolgheri nature. It seduces on the nose with aromas of citrus, spices and a slight touch of vanilla. Fleshy and expressive, ample, it is an immediate wine, full of fruit, to be drunk ideally at 10°, therefore not too hot, with southern cuisine.

The winery was established in 1996 by Angelo Gaja when he foresaw the potential of the Bolgheri region. Today the domaine extends over an area of approximately 80 hectares of vineyards, all in Bolgheri’s DOC appellation. Although Angelo, who has just recently turned 80, still plays an active role, the Gaja family’s fifth generation is increasingly involved in all winery operations.
