Viticulture

Vines aged between 10 and 35 years old planted directly in sand and clay. Terroirs of Giba, Tratalias. South/south-west exposure. Guyot cultivation.

Oenology

Vinification in stainless steel vats. Maceration for 7-8 days. Maturation in vats for 12 months.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Gamberoni sautéed with lemongrass - Sea bass with artichokes - Monkfish in bacon bard.
