Technique
Situated near Minerve, in an unspoilt setting bordered by limestone cliffs, Le Loup Blanc spans 16 hectares of vineyards, some of which were planted in the 1950s. It is a unique vineyard comprising vines interspersed amongst pine trees and garrigue on limestone soil at an altitude of between 160 and 250 metres within the Minervois Languedoc appellation.
The estate is committed to working in harmony with nature’s rhythms; it is certified biodynamic and practises agroforestry and eco-grazing.
