This is a massal selection of hundred-year-old vines (from Bruno Rochard) that Aymeric planted on tufa soil at the bottom of the Cerisaie hillock.

Oenology

This is a pure Grolleau, infused with whole bunches of grapes and matured for ten months in used barrels (having seen at least 5 wines).
