Valdobbiadene Prosecco Sup., Brut, Col Vetoraz - 2022

The Col Vetoraz estate is located at the top of the hill of the same name, next to Mount Cartizze, in San Stefano di Valdobbiadene. On the verdant slopes of the local eminence, it cultivates the Gléra grape variety and produces, among others, this cuvée, which has a delicate, fresh fragrance of white-fleshed fruit. Built on a rather dry balance, making it more suitable as an aperitif than a dessert wine, it is a delight to drink today.

Oenology

White vinification, gentle pressing. First fermentation under controlled temperature. Fermentation lasts 30 - 40 days. Ageing: 1 - 3 months. Foaming in large vats, ‘Méthode Charmat’.
