The domaine Col Vetoraz lies on top of the epynomous hill of the in Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene. At almost 400 metres above sea level, they are in the highest part of the famous denomination of Cartizze,with a view of the entire zone, delimited to the east by the hamlet of Fol and to the west by that of Sacol. The Miotto family settled at Col Vetoraz in 1838 and immediately started growing vines (for what are now Valdobbiadene DOCG and Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze DOCG). Today, Francesco Miotto and his children Francesca and Daniele continue the work on the family farm, and have ensured that this has become a reference for wines from this region.
