The Col Vetoraz estate is located at the top of the eponymous hill in San Stefano di Valdobbiadene. On these verdant slopes, it grows the Gléra grape variety and produces, among others, this zero dosage cuvée, light in alcohol (only 11.5°) and very easy to digest. The bubbles are generous but fine, the nose delicate (pear, lemon) and the palate, clean and fresh, wonderfully awakens the taste buds! Falstaff : 94/100

White vinification, soft pressing. First fermentation under controlled temperature. Duration: 30 - 40 days. Ageing: 1 - 3 months. Foaming in large vats, "Méthode Charmat".
