Viticulture

The estate owns a 2 ha vineyard located in the Hatari Grand Cru, in the municipality of Olaszliska, on a south-facing slope with a 30-40% gradient. In addition, trustworthy partnerships with local winegrowers allow the estate to buy aszú grapes from different terroirs. First vintage produced: 2000.

Oenology

The great Tokaj sweet wine. The Aszú grapes are picked one by one, stored in 25 kg crates and then in a barrel while waiting for the vinification. Macerated in dry wine for more than a month, they give the wine all its complexity and richness in sugar, acidity and dry extract, which is very high here.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Venison jig with dried fruit jus - Quail with grapes - Orange soufflé.
