Terrasses du Larzac, Les Frieys, Pas de L'Escalette - 2020

Along with Grand Pas, this is the estate's other great red cuvée. This is a magnificent parcel of small terraces, planted with Grenache, Carignan and Mourvèdre and treated as a single individual. All the grapes are harvested on the same day and co-fermented. The result? A fine, dense, elegant, digestible and vibrant wine! Guide Vert RVF: 96/100
