Saumur blanc, Billes de Roche, Mélaric - 2021

In just a few vintages, this young winemaking couple has already become a reference, their experience with the greatest having quickly worked wonders. Here is their new white Billes de Roche, slightly honeyed, with hints of quince and fresh apple typical of the grape variety; the wine has a very nice base, it is fat, rich but dry, very fresh on the palate.
