One of Domaine Chevrot's finest terroirs! This wine is structured, voluptuous and airy, dominated by floral notes and a marked minerality. Its purple colour with hints of violet precedes a concentrated bouquet of sage, saffron and honeysuckle, enhanced by more roasted touches. On the palate, the wine is smooth and consistent, with a saline finish punctuated by hints of pepper.
