This perfect ripeness is echoed on the palate, which is dense and elegant, with concentrated cherry and wild strawberry fruit and no distractions. The finish is ripe and generous, with a slightly saline structure that means it can be laid down for several years, although there's nothing to stop you savouring its exuberant youth this summer.
