Viticulture

A family estate since 1830, generations of Chevrot have succeeded one another. In 2008, the new generation, embodied by Pablo and Vincent, embarked on organic farming certification. Situated just above the old Santenay mill, this climat is precocious and particularly windy, which concentrates the grapes in a perfect state of ripeness.
