Viticulture

François Mitjaville (Tertre Roteboeuf in St-Emilion) masterfully relaunched this estate over thirty years ago, importing here the viticultural model that had proved so successful at Le Tertre, as well as his taste for very high grape maturity and opulent character.

Oenology

Aged 100% in new barrels. The vineyard is located on the first slope of the appellation: the lower slope is vinified and aged separately, and bottled under the name Domaine de Cambes.
