François Mitjaville (Tertre Roteboeuf in St-Emilion) masterfully relaunched this estate just over ten years ago, importing here the viticultural model that had proved so successful at Le Tertre, as well as his taste for very high grape maturity and opulent character.
Oenology
Aged 50% in new barrels and the rest in 1-wine barrels. The vineyard is located on the first slope of the appellation: the lower part of the slope is vinified and matured separately and bottled under the name Domaine de Cambes.
