Viticulture

François Mitjaville (Tertre Roteboeuf in St-Emilion) masterfully revived this property a little over ten years ago, importing here the viticultural model that had proved successful at Le Tertre as well as his taste for very high grape maturity and opulent character.

Oenology

Aged 50% in new barrels and the rest in one-wine barrels. The vineyard is located on the first line of the slope of the appellation: the part located at the bottom of the slope is vinified and matured separately and is bottled under the name of Domaine de Cambes.
