Viticulture
Parcels at the bottom of the hillside. Brown soils formed on scree made up of limestone fragments from the Cretaceous period. Slopes ranging from 10 to 30% and altitudes varying from 150 to 200 metres. Particularly late plots. Yield: 35 to 45 hl/ha for plots with densities ranging from 4,000 to 7,150 vines/hectare.
Oenology
Direct pressing. Cold settling. Fermentation for 3 to 4 weeks. Aged for 4 months in vats. Bottled at the end of winter.

Aperitif • Seafood salad • Grilled meat and fish.
