Altitude 120 m. Brown soil formed on coarse Quaternary alluvium or on marl-limestone parent rock or on scree of limestone fragments under a cliff. 40 hl/ha for the Chardonnay and 25 hl/ha for the Viognier. This wine comes exclusively from the old vines of the Hortus.
Oenology
Direct pressing, cold settling. Fermentation and maturation in new barrels for 8 months.
