The vineyard was planted in two stages, one in 1967 and the other in 1987 on the Raye in Corin. The soil is very poor at this location and rich in limestone.
Direct and gentle pressing. Static settling for 24 hours. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation in this vintage. No fining and filtration before bottling according to the lunar calendar to respect the organoleptic qualities of the wine. In 2010, part of the cuvée was put in barrels to give this Reserve.
