Païen, Coeur du Clos des Corbassières, Cornulus - 2017

  • Provenance: Valais
  • Appellation: Valais
  • Domain: Cornulus
  • Grape variety(ies): Païen (savagnin)
  • On-call time: 20 years
  • Style of wine: Vin de grand terroir
  • Alcohol degree: 14.5%
Produced from very old vines, this rare wine with its roots in the Upper Valais develops aromas of white flowers and walnuts, with a superb mineral note. Very full-bodied when young, time allows it to reveal its elegance and density. With its beautiful aromatic persistence, it will benefit greatly from ageing for ten years or more. A highlight of the cellar.
