Muscadet, Chemin des Prières, J. Huchet - 2023

Produced from superb granite terroir and cultivated with remarkable care using organic methods, this wine is both open and precise. The bouquet is centred around citrus fruits and spices, with a very distinct salty touch. The palate is lively and crystalline, offering an almost crisp brightness, prolonged by aniseed and floral nuances in the finish. Muscadet wines are now regaining their rightful place on the French wine scene, buoyed by the strength of their terroirs and the talent of committed winemakers, of whom Jérémie is clearly one.
