In this classic vintage, which is both accessible and deep, with perfect maturity, Perrine and Eric have produced a superb Moulin-à-Vent, offering a nose of pepper, cherry and mint, supported by a vinous and juicy palate, ascending, with great potential.

Viticulture

This cuvée is the first of the estate's Moulin-à-Vent wines. A blend of vines aged between 25 and 100 years from 5 different terroirs harvested and vinified separately (Champs de Cour, Burdelines, Brusselions, Greneriers, Perelles, Aux Caves, which represents approximately 6.5 hectares). Sandy-silty and clay-sandy soils. Viticulture close to agrobiology.
