Viticulture
Cette vign est située juste sous celle de Pierre Morey. Ce sont en fait les Petites Perrières, dernière vigne avant le Champ-Canet. Vigne plantée à la fin des années 1950.
Oenology
Les vinifications sont faites entièrement en fût de chêne avec relativement peu de bois neuf (au maximum 20 à 25%). Comme la cave est très froide, les fermentations sont très longues et les élevages aussi : au moins 18 mois. Pas de bâtonnage (sauf exception, comme en 1996 et en 2007).
