The vines are worked in integrated production mode. Part of the estate has permanent grass cover. The soil is limestone. The parcel that allows us to make this wine is located above the villages of Muraz and Venthone. The harvest is generally very late, sometimes in January, with more or less botrytis depending on the year.
Aged and vinified in wood.
