Between the sky and the lake, in the heart of Lavaux, the Chollets refine superb artisanal wines. The Plant Robert was saved from extinction about thirty years ago. This cousin of Gamay is part of the Vaudois heritage and if it remains confidential, its qualitative potential is certain. Notes of cherry and spices burst from the nose in a superb bouquet, intense and complex. The whole is distinguished by its balance and its characteristic peppery flavour. An authentic vintage.
