Viticulture

Due to severe weather in the Pyrenean foothills, the 2023 vintage experience a reduction in yield of 70%. The domaine made the choice to produce only one cuvée for this year in order to maintain vintage expression. Fruit from Caubeigt, Tauzy, and the terraces was vinified in separate lots, then combined into a single dry blend.
