This dry Jurançon is all about vibrancy and indulgence. The nose bursts with citrus, white fruits and a very fresh floral note. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with just enough body to be enjoyable, whilst retaining the tension that makes your mouth water. The finish, lively and slightly salty, clearly calls for another glass. A precise, dynamic white wine, perfect both as a meal accompaniment and as an aperitif.
