In fact, the quality of this wine is quite striking for its price! Dark ruby in colour, it reveals elegant notes of red fruit, spices and liquorice, as Syrah is wont to do. Quite dense and silky on the attack, the palate is built on supple, charming, velvety tannins. It lingers on with fresh nuances indicative of the limestone-sandstone terroir. A real treat.
