A pure Sciaccarellu just the way we like it, straight from the limestone plateau of Piale, caressed by the winds of the Gulf of Bonifacio. The Initiale cuvée from Domaine Zuria is a real breath of fresh air: aromatic, delicious and thirst-quenching, with a hint of acidity and a touch of pepper that tickles the taste buds. On the palate, it is silky, vibrant, with a sappy texture and a superb dynamic finish. A wine that exudes finesse and expresses the Corsican terroir. A true ode to Sciaccarellu... to be savoured without hesitation!

Viticulture

The limestone terroir of Stintinu. In 2013, Christian Zuria undertook to plant vines in the Bonifacio area. With the support of his wife Nadine and his son Ivan, he has carried out a colossal task. This young estate, certified organic, is booming and is now beginning its conversion to biodynamics.

Oenology

Hand-picked and macerated for 15 days. Vinification in stainless steel vats and ageing in concrete eggs and stainless steel vats. Organic farming.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Grilled figatellu sausage and creamy polenta - Bonifacio-style aubergines - Roast suckling lamb with wild herbs.
