The limestone terroir of Stintinu. In 2013, Christian Zuria undertook to plant vines in the Bonifacio area. With the support of his wife Nadine and his son Ivan, he has carried out a colossal task. This young estate, certified organic, is booming and is now beginning its conversion to biodynamics.
Oenology
Hand-picked and macerated for 15 days. Vinification in stainless steel vats and ageing in concrete eggs and stainless steel vats. Organic farming.
