A superb expression of the Musella terroir, carried by a subtle limestone soil swept by the winds. The nose opens with a delicate bouquet of white flowers and fresh fruit, enhanced by a few spicy nuances and a buttery touch. The palate, lively and chiselled, prolongs these floral and fruity aromas with a beautiful mineral tension. It has enormous ageing potential!

Viticulture

Granite and schist terroir in Santa Giulia. In 2013, Christian Zuria set about planting vines in the Bonifacio area. With the support of his wife Nadine and son Ivan, he has put in a colossal amount of work. This young estate, certified organic, is thriving and is now beginning its conversion to biodynamic viticulture.

Oenology

Hand-picked and directly pressed. Vinification and ageing in stainless steel vats and concrete eggs. Organic farming.
