This is one of Provence's finest whites, born on a limestone terroir that is blessed for this type of wine! The colour is a bright lemon yellow with green highlights and beautiful legs. The nose is complex, with floral aromas of hawthorn and verbena. There are also hints of honey and butter. The palate is full-bodied, with hints of citrus fruit and a lovely liveliness. The finish is salivating and lively. Decant half an hour before serving.
