Made from a blend of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and especially Auxerrois, a vector of freshness, this is a pretty white wine with a rather ripe and pure nose of grapefruit and citrus fruit. The mouth is both rich and fresh, generous in flavour and texture. A greedy wine, immediate, not complicated, but perfectly executed. Totally obvious!
