Beautiful straw yellow colour with golden highlights. The nose opens with notes of orange blossom, marzipan and ripe apple, enhanced by a touch of brioche and finely balanced oak. The palate seduces with its smoothness and balance, supported by a subtle salinity that prolongs the finish. The retro-olfaction reveals hints of dried apricot and a sensation of purity characteristic of Etna whites. A precise, luminous and incredibly charming wine. Alta Mora Bianco is produced on the northern slopes of Mount Etna, where Carricante vines grow at altitudes of between 600 and 900 metres, in mineral-rich volcanic soil containing ash. The intensity of the sun, the coolness of the heights and the wide temperature variations sculpt a wine of great purity, taut and vibrant, with a salinity and energy that are the hallmarks of the great whites of Etna.
