Languedoc region. Production area located about 40 kilometres north-west of Béziers, about 30 kilometres north-west of Narbonne, at altitude and far from the sea, more precisely within the commune of Saint-Jean-de-Minervois, in the Hérault department. Classified as an AOC in 1949. Area under production: just over 160 hectares. White grape variety: small-grain Muscat. Vinified as a natural sweet white wine. It can be drunk as soon as it is released. Ideal serving temperature: between 6 and 7°C. Enjoy with: as an aperitif or with fruit pastries.
