Back A mysterious grape variety known as Vieux Rouge de Fully, it produces one of those rare wines that are the secret of Valais. While some consider Durize to be related to Cornalin, others believe it belongs to the large Orious family. Whatever the case, this grape variety has a lot of character and produces fruity, robust, tannic wines that are slightly rustic. In Valais, there are only 6,500 m² of this grape variety left, mainly located between Saillon and Fully.
