Produced from the highest vines on the estate and therefore in the whole of the Rhône Valley (600 metres above sea level!), this cuvée is reminiscent of the serines of the north, with its first nose bursting with pepper, violet and incense. On the palate, it offers an airy presence, a suave structure and delicious sensations of purity and naturalness. A high-flying vintage!
