Yield 25 HL/Ha. From the same terroir as the Château Chalon 2004/2006/2007 (family vineyards).
Oenology
Fermented and aged in Burgundy barrels on its lees for 15 months. Meticulously topped up each week, wine not racked. Minimal intervention for this wine, which is unfined, unfiltered and sulphited only at bottling at 10 mg/L.
