Viticulture

A close neighbor of Ausone, created in the 17th century, the 4-hectare vineyard stretches out in terraces on the splendid limestone slope, facing south and sheltered from the wind by the Bergat and La Clotte rocks. The soil is clay-limestone. The vines, with an average age of 40 years, are planted at a density of 6,000 vines/ha. We prefer to concentrate on making great wine by limiting yields.
