"Black and purple colour. Intense, refined, fruity, pure, ripe, subtle, fresh and floral nose. Full-bodied on the attack, with an ultra-refined mouthfeel, the wine melts on the palate, juicy and fresh. From the mid-palate onwards, a powerful, almost fiery aromatic concentration emerges, blending a thousand sparkling flavours. A pulpy wine that goes down like milk. This chiselled expression is due to the presence of 31% Cabernet Franc, the highest ever observed in this vintage (+ 69% Merlot), and to the total commitment of Joséphine Duffau Lagarrosse, following in the footsteps of her grandfather - JM Quarin.
