Technique

Viticulture

The vines are situated on the top of a limestone plateau and the rock outcrops under the red clay. Controlled grassing and tilling of the soil. Reasoned control. Continuous vineyard renewal programme: grubbing up, replanting, planting of massal selection at higher density. Numerous manual interventions: budding, leaf removal, thinning. Surface: 6.36 ha (5 ha in production).

Oenology

Vatting in the berry section in concrete vats, punching of the cap and pumping over. Aged for 16-18 months in 225 L and 500 L barrels, half of which are renewed.
