Viticulture
Tania and Vincent created their domaine in 1999. Their philosophy is simple: focus on growing vines to produce the best grapes possible. Today, the total surface area is close to 15 ha. In the vineyard, the team works mechanically under the rows with natural grass cover.
Oenology
Traditional method, vinified using only indigenous yeasts, secondary fermentation with natural residual sugars, zero dosage, 18 months "sur lattes."
