The cistus, an endemic plant of the garrigue, perfumes and brightens up the edges of the estate’s plots. Four grape varieties are used in this blend, producing an aromatic, thirst-quenching white wine, perfect for the start of a meal: an expressive, seductive nose dominated by passion fruit, peach and citrus fruit. Fresh and taut on the palate, with a lively finish.

Clay-limestone terroir with limestone subsoil.

Oenology

Grapes destemmed and crushed. Skin maceration at low temperature for 4 to 6 hours. Pressing protected from the air to preserve the aromas. Gravity run-off followed by fermentation with indigenous yeasts and no added SO2. Filtration and minimal addition of sulphite at bottling.
