Michel Gassier and his team are definitely talented! Nostre Païs - which you know in red - also exists in white, blending the great Rhodanian grape varieties. The integration of the maturation is to be cited as an example and respects a very beautiful pure fruit (white peach). The wine is full-bodied, but light and ideally balanced. Viticulture

Terroir of "Grès", rolled pebbles and red clay. Selection of plots of old vines with naturally low yields.

Oenology

Hand-picked with sorting and refrigeration of the grapes. Direct pressing to preserve acidity. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months for 50% of the volume in the presence of the lees. One bottling without filtration.
