Technique
Viticulture
The soil is rich in silt and poor in organic matter. The vineyard lies between 350 and 550 metres above sea level. It enjoys a Mediterranean climate with little rain, plenty of light and is influenced by two prevailing winds, the Cierzo (from the Ebro valley) and the Garbi (from the sea). Thanks to these climatic effects, there are very few diseases, which makes it possible to practise environmentally-friendly viticulture.
Oenology
The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in crates. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at 18°C, the wine is matured in the same containers and bottled in the spring following the harvest.
