Technique

Viticulture

A Nebbiolo in its classic form, whose grapes come from 40-year-old vineyards located in the Roero areas, with good hillside exposure and sandy soils that guarantee a remarkable aromatic quality.

Oenology

After hand-picking the grapes, fermentation takes place spontaneously in stainless steel vats, followed by maturation in the same vats without filtration before bottling.
