The Loup Blanc vineyard, worked organically by Carine Farre and his team, is located in the hamlet of Bize-Minervois, on the border of the Aude and Hérault regions. The Mère Grand cuvée is the expression of a sixty year old vineyard with a very limited production. It offers a beautiful nose of fresh blackcurrant which evolves on truffle; the wine is full-bodied, rich, but fresh, very racy! Guide Vert RVF: 92/100

Viticulture

The Loup Blanc vineyard is a winegrowing operation located in the hamlet of Bize-Minervois on the border of the Aude and Hérault departments. The vines are planted around the hamlet, at the crossroads of the AOP St-Chinian, St-Jean de Minervois and Le Minervois, of which they are all part. Organic farming is certified. The terroir is limestone for this cuvée, the yield is 25 Hl/ha, the vines are 60 years old.
