Produite par la famille Accornero dans la zone du Monferrato, cette Malvasia est un vin rouge doux et effervescent, très original ! Précédé par une robe violine et une bulle dansante, il évoque au nez les fruits des bois, la fraise légèrement macérée. La bouche est aérienne (il titre à peine 5° d’alcool) et savoureuse. Un vin historique, irrésistible pour découvrir un autre Piémont.
